The "original" photographs are on this site. The images presented in court by the SCRO are those showing the lines and numbers to the 16 points the SCRO claimed they had found. The image below those labeled as the crime scene photo of the print was scanned from one of the Strathclyde Police photographs printed from a negative taken at the crime scene. The better quality images were scanned from negatives I took of the print on the doorframe in March 1999. The doorframe itself was preserved and presented in court with the print in place. So the images on this site are, in fact, images of the original latent print.
