I have examined and compared the photos of the evidence print to original inked exemplars and photographic copies of the HMA exhibits. The identification was erroneous. I applaud Pat Wertheim and Dave Grieve for taking the undesirable position of challenging other experts.
I have eighteen years of experience as a latent print examiner. I am the current editor and webmaster for the Southern California Association of Fingerprint Officers www.scafo.org and the current President of the California State Division International Association for Identification.
