Neither Pat nor I were given the opportunity to review any other material in this case, and we were not allowed a copy of the victim's fingerprints. We were not afforded the opportunity to speak with the SCRO examiners. As far as the SCRO was concerned, we were unqualified "cowboys" from the US.
